We are resellers of quality home accessories. We offer a range of photographic and bespoke products and a commercial interior design service. Colourbox clever have exclusive rights to all images on www.colourboxclever.co.uk and copyright of all images is owned by Jason Dodd Photography. Our Prices
All prices for products are correct at the time of being published. We reserve the right not to sell any item at the advertised price. From time to time we may offer special promotions that offer a reduction in the RRP of the goods on this website. Any promotions offered are for limited periods and you may qualify for any promotion if the promotion is offered directly to you by Colourbox Clever, and for the duration of the promotion only. Ordering Online and Card Security
For goods which have been placed in your virtual shopping basket, all your delivery and credit card details will be taken at checkout via our secure server. Your order will be processed and payment taken offline. We will let you know the expected delivery date for your goods within 3 working days.
The secure payment server uses 40/128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your order with us;At no point are your credit card details held on any server as plain text. (b)Attempts to pay for goods from this website via fraudulent methods (stolen credit card, fraud syndicate etc.), whether successful or not, will be logged by our servers and every effort will be made to pursue, identify and prosecute within applicable laws governing e-commerce fraud.

Delivery Schedule - A flat fee delivery charge applies for delivery anywhere in mainland UK and is clearly shown at checkout. You will be contacted with an anticipated deliver date within 3 working days of placing your order. Delivery of non-bespoke products purchased online will take place normally within 5 working days. Bespoke products can take up to 6 weeks for delivery after your final artwork has been approved. These items are hand finished and prepared to a particularly high standard. They are one-offs and are being created to your specific requirements, this process takes time to ensure we get it absolutely right. Deliveries for all items are made at your convenience and you will be contacted as soon as your goods are ready to arrange a convenient time to make delivery.
Deliveries can also be made on Saturdays and Sundays. Back Orders
If any item you have purchased online is not in stock, we will automatically place it on back order. You will always be contacted and e-mailed with the revised delivery date with the option to cancel your order should you so desire. Contact Information

Returning Goods
We hope you will be completely happy with your Colourbox Clever goods. However, if within 28 days of delivery, there are non-bespoke items that you are not completely satisfied with, please notify us and we will arrange collection and an exchange or refund for you.Unfortunately, all bespoke products are non-refundable. Every effort is made to ensure that you are completely satisfied with any artwork and final designs before printing. Only where the final product does not match with artwork approved by you, are any refunds possible.
